Phase One Fit Class

This week begins the new phase of FIT Class training.  We are going back to the basics with Phase One! Steven and Jamelle have been teaching the Fit Class with many of the same original clients for more than a year now.  The participants have all reached a high level of physical strength and endurance. 

Bring your young athletes to train with Jamelle Juneau, Sports Trainer of Elite Ambitions at LifeQuest! January 2nd and 3rd 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon Skills Training, Ball Handling, Shooting, Man to Man defensive concepts, Game Fundamentals, On court conditioning and agility.
