Phase One Fit Class

This week begins the new phase of FIT Class training.  We are going back to the basics with Phase One!
Steven and Jamelle have been teaching the Fit Class with many of the same original clients for more than a year now.  The participants have all reached a high level of physical strength and endurance.  It is time to start with the basics and build up new clients!  All New clients interested in enrolling in the FIT Class are asked to start with the Phase One training class first to work on form, strength and stamina.

Classes will Run Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Beginning March 11th.

Member Price: $50.00 – for  8  consecutive sessions (2 times per week for 4 weeks)

Non-Member Price: $80.00 – for 8 consecutive  sessions (2 times per week for 4 weeks)

Register for class at the Service Desk.  Non-Members, please come in early to fill out guest liability waivers, please have photo identification.

Washinton State Tax applies to all purchases.
