My Philosophy in life and in training is to be strong.  I believe that life is best lived in the healthiest state possible.  Having a strong mind, strong spirit and strong body encompass living life to it's fullest!  For me the sucesses I see at LifeQuest encourage me to continue to strive for my own best fitness. It is not about being a perfect size, or achieving  a goal to run a race or complete a program.  I am on a journey for life.  The fitness goals along the way are simply milestones that help me stay focused and dialed in.

Kelley teams with the phenomenal staff at LifeQuest Fitness to provide members with a great workout from start to finish. Kelley has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She is certified in BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyJam, RPM & CX Worx as well as AFAA and a certified personal trainer. Passionate about life and enthusiastic to help others find their passion, Kelley believes a workout is something you should enjoy.

Group X Instructor - BodyPump, RPM, CX Worxs, Gravity and Boot Camp. I became a certified Les Mills trainer. In this aspect I am able to share my love of exercise and see the changes that occur around me as others commit to changing their perspective in life. My goal is to motivate our members to step outside of their comfort zone to perform at higher level then they even thought was possible, and push them to continue not only challenge themselves but to leave them with the attitude of "Pain is just Weakness leaving the body" and in the end saying "Bring IT!!"

I started teaching freestyle spin at LifeQuest in 2006 because I loved biking and had a reputation for being a bit of a “people person”.  Shortly thereafter, I picked up my first Les Mills certification in RPM, and haven’t looked back.  Since 2006 I have picked up three more certifications (BodyPump, BodyCombat, and CXWorx) and I can say that without group fitness at LifeQuest, my life would not be complete.  It may sound silly, but a huge part of what makes me “me” is the joy I get from watching people start their fitness journey through group fitness, and the huge strides they can make if they stick to the classes.

Group X Instructor - BodyPump BodyCombat RPM. I was born in California but raised in the Tri-Cities and have lived here since 1974. In the early nineties, I took the first step into what would be my career in group fitness. Having three boys in sports, I did the coaching thing for many years, with great success. During that time, I let my weight get out of control. I finally looked into the mirror and decided to change my life for the better. I began to cycle, lift weights and run. I dropped over 90 pounds in one year. Then I began to take a spin class at Lifequest, and I got hooked on group fitness classes. I jumped at the chance to lead other people on their journey to feeling better.

Grit and CX works instructor. As a graduate of Washington State University, Certified ACE, EFI and Sports Conditioning trainer, Bryan is a valuable member of the LifeQuest training team. He has passion for the challenge! As a trainer, he challenges his clients and keeps them focused on their goals. During his training sessions you may see him "inspiring" his clients into doing some pretty amazing exercises. With over 2 years of personal and sports conditioning experience, Bryan has lots of tricks up his sleeve. He understands the importance of a well balanced lifestyle.

Children's Activity Director and BodyFlow Instructor. As a wife of 20+ years and a mom of 4 kids she is an expert in incorporating true life and fitness. Her family can be seen and heard at many of the running event around town. They love to cheer each other on during their triathilons, 5k, 10k and half marathons. She believes that it is important to always have fun while you teach your body how to be healthy.

It all starts with positive self-worth.  I have to remind myself each day that I am loved.  Then I can take care of my body, my health, my mind, and find energy.  Workouts not only require energy but create it, and carry you through the next 24 hours.  I love the group classes we have at LifeQuest and find huge creative energy and drive within the music.  And I love the members at LifeQuest, they are genuine and inspiring, and I am thankful for their continued dedication to a healthy lifestyle in this fast-paced world.  When my body and mind are happy and energized I can let that feeling show and express my gratitude to those around me. “Love who I am, energize my body, and share my gratitude.”

I have been an avid cyclist for years, but I found I was not a consistent rider during the winter months. So about 8 years ago I started taking a spin class at LifeQuest, and I've been hooked ever since. A year later, I began teaching spin, and a year after that I became Les Mills RPM certified. Apart from life on the bike, my wife Lana and I enjoy outdoor cycling--both as riders and as fans of professional cycling. I also enjoy parenting my two pre-schoolers, Owen and Mya. I am an ordained minister and chaplain, a songwriter, football enthusiast, Facebook addict, hack photographer, and mid-life crisis survivor.

I’m Thomas Ardamica, one of your RPM instructors. I was asked to introduce myself to you. I’m retired Army and, being military, I have always been fit. But a few years ago I had an incident that caused a major injury, and lost two hamstring muscles on my left leg. After the injury, I sat waiting to heal. And then I sat some more. Like most, I just kept sitting until I had gained to a whopping 210lbs, and I was nowhere near the shape I was in when I retired. That left me in the same place most of us start. I had one advantage in the fact I knew how to start; get off the couch. I started two and a half years ago to get back in shape. I started with regular exercise and a good diet, and six months later I was down to 165lbs and started doing multi-sport races. It was then I became an RPM instructor because, as some of my friends that were already instructors help me back, I wanted to help others find and meet their fitness goals. That’s enough about me. I’m more interested in you and your story, as are all the fitness pro’s here at the club. So come find us and introduce yourself, and tell us your story. That’s why we’re here. As in all good stories, they have many chapters, and we need yours to make this story complete.

I first got into fitness 25 years ago and have been addicted to it ever since! I started taking Les Mills classes about 12 years ago and loved them!! I was asked to become an instructor so 10 years ago I got my 1st certification in BodyPump, then came BodyStep, then BodyCombat, and BodyAttack, and Cx. I’ve been though many trainings and gone to several Les Mills Quarterlies just to improve my teaching and be the best I can be when I’m on stage. Becoming an instructor has changed my life and now it’s apart of me forever! I’m definitely a better person because of it. I love that I enjoy what I do and it makes me feel good to see members having fun working out! I love the energy the classes have and the music is very motivating to me! Positive thinking is what I truly believe in…we can achieve so much with the right attitude! Join me in one of my classes and I’ll show you what “Living Strong” can feel like!!!

Our Aquatics Director is a water enthusiast; kite-boarder, open-water swimmer, water-skier and snowboarder. When she is not working or playing in the water, she is traveling on weekends supporting her three boys on their elite swim team. Brooke was on swim team for 11 years, starting at the age of four. She then started teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding at the age of 15, got her Bachelor’s degree at 21 and is now continuing her passion of water safety as the Aquatics Director. Swimming is not just a form or physical activity, but a lifetime survival skill. We live in a region surrounded by water, being able to swim is necessary.
