Happy New Year! It is time to hit the reset button and start a new fitness progam. It may be the right time to add a class to your weekly schedule. We want to encourage all of our members to get the most out of your workout experience at the Club. Group Exercise classes are complimentary with membership, do not require a pre-registration or sign up. Just walk in and join the fun. This year we will offer different options monthly. New schedules will come out on the 25th and class changes will take place on the 1st of each month. We look forward to offering a wide variety of great options for you, we welcome your recommendations, and Yes we do read the suggestion box, so thank you for all of your input.
What are we offering? How about intro classes? Yes we are offering intro classes for RPM, (cycle) as well as BodyCombat. Why offer an intro class? We want to lower the intimidation factor, introduce you one on one to our great instructors and offer you a smooth transition into the studio.
Join Jason at 9:00 a.m. Saturday January 17th for our Intro to RPM. This is a 30 minute class. He will teach you how to set up your bike for the most comfortable ride, he will help you discover the proper form for a great work out.
Intro to Combat will be Saturday January 24th at 9:00 a.m. Learn the basic movement patterns and class modifications. Linda will spend time helping you feel successful in this class.
The new class schedule also offers New- Shorter duration classes at 6:30 p.m. Each year we have request after request for cardio classes that start later in the evening. Here you go. This is it. RPM, Monday and Wednesday in Studio D. This 30 minute class will give you a cardio blast without taking up too much of your evening. Thom and Mark will give you a great workout in less time.
