KIDS CLUB POLICIES

Kids Club Policies

Children ages 8 weeks to 12 years are welcome!

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm
Monday-Thursday: 4 pm – 8 pm, Friday: 4 pm – 7 pm
Rockwall(for ages 6+): Monday-Thursday: 4:30 pm – 7 pm

General Policies

  • Visits are limited to 2 hours per child.
  • Parents/guardians must remain in the facility while their child is in Kids Club.
  • No food or drinks are allowed (water bottles only)
  • Outside toys or electronics are not permitted.
  • Socks are required; shoes must be removed at check-in.
  • Staff cannot administer medication or assist with bathroom use.
  • Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of LifeQuest.

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Provide the guardian’s name, and indicate which child(ren) will be dropped off or picked up.
  • Keep the assigned Kids Club pager with you at all times. Staff will page you if needed.
  • Only an approved parent or guardian may pick up the child. (Photo ID must be on file)
  • Store shoes and belongings in the provided lockers or cubbies.

Health and Safety

Sick children are not permitted. Please keep your child home if they have:

  • Fever , lethargy, irritability, breathing difficulty, or persistent crying
  • Vomiting (within 24 hours), diarrhea, rash, or runny nose with colored mucus
  • Chicken pox, impetigo, scabies, and head lice
  • Pink eye, strep throat, contagious mouth sores
  • Confirmed or suspected COVID-19

Diapers & Restroom Needs

  • Parents must provide diapers and bottles.
  • Staff do not change diapers; parents will be notified via pager when diaper changes or bathroom assistance are needed.
  • Soiled diapers must be securely bagged before being placed in facility trash cans.

Discipline Policy

LifeQuest strives to resolve issues with minimal disruption. Actions may include:

  • Verbal correction, redirection, and parent notification at pick-up
  • Immediate parent contact for more serious concerns
  • Parent removal of the child for the day if behavior continues
  • Conference with parents, staff, and management
  • Temporary or permanent suspension if issues persist

Guest Policy

  • Guests of current clients can use Kids Club by redeeming one of the client’s monthly guest passes at the Front Desk.
  • Guests without a monthly guest pass may purchase a day pass at the Front Desk.
