Helping you gain confidence and have freedom of movement to enjoy life at any stage.
My pursuit of health and fitness was shaped by overcoming a debilitating inner ear disorder and chronic foot pain. I trained myself back to full function and advanced my education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with extensive experience in balance and vestibular training.
I provide personal training, small group training, teach group exercise, and Aquacise. I collaborate with the in-house kinesiologist in the stretch therapy area to support whole- body wellness. I’m passionate about helping clients, especially older adults, build strength, balance, and stability.

As a grandmother, I value strength and stability for a lifetime of movement - so we can thrive not just survive!
If you’re struggling and don’t know where to start, let me help. I was in several car accidents, in and out of physical therapy numerous times. Whether you’re in the early stages of recovery or looking to maintain muscle I can help you find a fitness plan that works for you. Having struggled with my own health issues, I learned that every health problem has a root cause, and modern medicine usually only offers a band-aid.
