Wellness Plans
All wellness plans or memberships include unlimited access to the club, group fitness classes, pool services and more. Family plans include Kids Club services too.
Our membership agreements are transparent. Once the first three payments have been satisfied, your plan becomes a month to month agreement. We understand life happens. If you do need to cancel your plan, we simply require a written 30 day notice. That’s it! The Wellness Clinic at LifeQuest is here for you on YOUR fitness journey. We care about your whole wellness.

We are an all inclusive facility! Here’s what you can look forward to…
- All encompassing weight and cardio floor
- Women’s Zone – A women’s workout area featuring the latest cardio and weight equipment.
- Kids Club – Enjoy up to 2 hrs per visit of child care while you workout. Ages 8 wks to 8 yrs. For your 8+ year child, we have a game and rock climbing room available in the afternoon/evening.
- Unlimited group fitness classes – We feature a full schedule of Les Mills and freestyle classes. Our classes are created with you in mind. From our healthy senior living class, FFA to BodyAttack, a high intensity cardio floor aerobics class we have something for everyone. Check out our schedule HERE. (place link here)
- Indoor soccer fields and basketball courts – Shoot hoops or score a goal as a member. Our courts and fields are available for use when they are not reserved. If you would like to reserve access to these areas, you can do so with a discounted price.
- Aquatic center – Pools, hot tub; including an adult only outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna and steam room. If you are new to swimming or need a refresher course, we have all year round swimming lessons. Our lessons are open to everyone but as a member you will enjoy a discounted rate.
- As a new member, you have the opportunity to receive a consultation from one of our highly certified personal trainers. During the consultation you may chat about your health goals, learn about our fitness equipment and classes and much more. This hour is your hour to sit down with our best and get you off on the right fitness foot.
We hope that you stay committed to your health journey but understand sometimes things come up in our lives that need us to take a break. After you have fulfilled your 3 monthly payments you may cancel your account with us. We simply ask for a written 30 day notice to cancel your agreement.
We want to set you up for success so on your first visit we will verify your account and answer any questions you may have about our facility. Please be prepared for the following…
